One of the authentic recipes by Octaaf Callebaut that has grown into an iconic chocolate bar. Like all Finest Belgian Chocolates, it is made from the signature Wieze blend. Whole bean roasting guarantees its full-bodied taste, solid cocoa body, and fine, fruity notes.
The 55% dark chocolate we craft this bar into is made with selected quality cocoa beans grown by farming communities in Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Ecuador to give a balanced flavour. The chocolate is 100% sustainable and traceable cocoa, it also has no added palm or vegetable oils.
Part of the revenue of this chocolate goes back to the farmers. It is invested in training programmes, community projects and tools for cocoa farmers to become better craftsmen. That way, they can improve their income from farming and their livelihoods.
