Our cinder toffee inclusion bar is one of our favourites at Inspired Chocolate! We hand make our cinder toffee on site in a huge copper pot, following our own in-house recipe. This is then bashed up and mixed with dark chocolate to create a very tempting chocolate bar with a crunch. The dark chocolate variation is a vegan friendly chocolate bar too!
The 55% dark chocolate we use for this bar is made in Britain and uses 100% sustainable and traceable cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons programme. There's no added palm or vegetable oils either.
Being part of the Cocoa Horizons programme means some of the revenue of this chocolate goes back to the farmers. It is invested in training programmes, community projects and tools for cocoa farmers to become better craftsmen. That way, they can improve their income from farming and their livelihoods.
