Royal Mail Strikes
Due to Royal Mail Trade Union strikes, like all small businesses, it is hurting! We are sending orders out as and when they collect. Sadly there are delays regardless of which courrier used and this is outside of our control I am afraid.
As a result, we advise ordering early and ask for a dolop of patience and understanding. If your order is urgent, honestly I would not reccormend ordering it online as there ARE delays. Your best bet is to shop local in such a case.
I am sorry but we cannot provide guarantees on delivery time and cannot refund if a particular date is missed.
