Candy – Madame Chocolatier
The creative heart of our chocolate room, Candy has been with us since our rebrand in 2017. Her talent for working with chocolate is truly limitless. From crafting magnificent edible creations to perfecting our top-secret ganache recipes in the sweet kitchen, Candy’s expertise is what makes our collection so "Inspired." You’ll find her busy at work Monday through Friday.
Maria – The Welcoming Smile
Since joining in 2019, Maria has been the friendly face greeting our visitors from Sunday to Wednesday. Don’t let her calm demeanor fool you—behind the scenes, she is our "Duracell Bunny!" Maria keeps the packing room running at full speed, ensuring our shelves stay stocked and every order is shipped out on time.
Amy – Baker & Chocolatier
Amy joined the team in 2021 and hasn't stopped smiling since! A true multi-tasker, she splits her time between the chocolate room and the café kitchen. Whether she’s crafting artisan chocolates or baking her "to-die-for" signature cheesecakes, Amy’s passion for flavor is evident in every bite. Catch her in the factory during the week and on Saturdays.
Jess – The All-Rounder
Jess may be our newest team member (joining in 2024), but she has quickly become our resident "handy woman." From mastering the art of the chocolatier to stepping up as a skilled pizzaiolo, Jess does it all. If you’ve enjoyed one of our authentic Inspired Pizzas on a weekend, there’s a good chance Jess was the one tossing the dough!
