Ruby chocolate is known as the fourth kind of chocolate. With it's ruby colour and its intense fruity taste with fresh, sour notes, it really is hard to believe that ruby chocolate is born from the ruby cocoa bean and does not contain any added colourants or flavourings. We handcraft this new type of chocolate it into a bar perfect for you to indulge in.

The ruby chocolate we craft this bar with is made with selected quality cocoa beans grown by farming communities in Ghana, Ivory Coast and Ecuador to give a balanced flavour. The chocolate is 100% sustainable and traceable cocoa, it also has no added palm or vegetable oils.

Part of the revenue of this chocolate goes back to the farmers. It is invested in training programmes, community projects and tools for cocoa farmers to become better craftsmen. That way, they can improve their income from farming and their livelihoods.
